Nichole is Your Mental Health Expert. She practices Integrative Psychiatry to help you identify and treat the underlying cause(s) and contributors to symptoms of depression, anxiety, brain fog, fatigue, ADHD, insomnia, mood disorders, and other contemporary mental health conditions.  

Integrative Psychiatry is a personalized approach to mental health that uses functional medicine and traditional psychiatry to identify and treat core imbalances which affect your brain, body, and life.

 

Nichole will search for underlying triggers that are contributing to your symptoms and tailor the intervention to your specific needs as an individual. She realizes that there is no separating the brain and the body and may use counselling techniques, supplements, lifestyle changes and/or medication to treat your condition.

Nichole seeks to promote holistic mental health and create hope, health and healing by working with you.

FAQ

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

Yes, our office can bill your health insurance for the cost of your appointments.  At this time we are In-Network with Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oregon, Moda and PacificSource of Oregon.  Please consult your specific plan benefits to determine your individual coverage.

 

If you have a different insurance plan and would still like to be seen by our office please consult with your specific healthcare plan to determine if you have Out-Of-Network benefits prior to scheduling an appointment. 

*Please note we are unable to see patients with Medicaid (OHP) or Medicare.

 

WHAT QUESTIONS SHOULD I ASK MY INSURANCE?

You can use this form to speak with your insurance company prior to your appointment to verify your benefits so that their are no surprises when you receive your bill.

HOW MUCH DOES AN APPOINTMENT COST?

Insurance Rate:

If you would like us to bill insurance for your appointments your out-of-pocket costs will be determined by your health insurance provider based on your specific insurance plan and coverage.

 

You can use our Insurance Verification Form when speaking with your insurance provider to determine your expected co-pay and/or co-insurance.

 

Cash Rate:

Cash payment fees are as follows:

*There is a same day cash payment discount of 20%

  • Initial Psychiatric Evaluation 60 minutes: $458​

  • Follow-Up Appointment 30 Minutes: $250

  • Follow-Up Appointment 45 Minutes: $320

Additional Services:​​

  • Additional Forms requested outside of appointments: $50 per form.

  • ​Simple copies of diagnosis letters, and your notes are free.

CAN I PAY USING MY HSA, FSA, or HRA?

Yes! Psychiatric care is eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement (HRA). You can pay for your appointment with your FSA, HSA, or HRA debit card at the time of the appointment and/or we can provide you with a Superbill receipt to request reimbursement from your savings account.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN THE FIRST VISIT?

Your initial visit will include an evaluation of your full medical, psychiatric, psycho-social, and family history in conjunction with your present symptoms. An accurate medical history is important to obtain at this first visit because certain medical conditions can present with psychiatric symptoms.

 

Prior to this visit you will be sent an e-mail invitation asking you to register with our patient portal. Please remember to complete the New Patient Questionnaires in your patient portal prior to your first visit. During this session, your treatment goals will be discussed in depth and a full treatment plan (including medications, complementary and alternative medicine, and/or psychotherapy if needed) will be prescribed.
